Taste of Downtown is on Thursday, July 17, 2025, from 4 – 7pm at the County Green in Downtown Fairfield.

FAIRFIELD – Downtown Fairfield is set to sizzle this summer with the return of this annual event! Explore the vibrant culinary scene of downtown, sampling dishes from local restaurants, breweries, and sweet shops. You’ll enjoy a variety of small plates, refreshing drinks, and decadent desserts, all while soaking in the lively atmosphere. Participating eateries include Casa Agave, Pizza Twist, Famous Creations, Baja Ice Cream, El Pitayo, Million Thai, El Caracol, Saffron, and China Palace, ensuring a diverse selection of flavors. For an added twist, collect stamps from participating locations on your event passport then turn it in for a chance to win one of four $50 gift cards to local restaurants. Pick up your passport at the Farmers Market at County Green.
