WALNUT CREEK – It’ll be all Brahms, all the time at this two-day celebration of the famous composer. California Symphony will feature soloists Oliver Herbert on cello and Alina Kobialka on violin performing Johannes Brahms’ most beloved works.
Following a pre-show talk with Music Director Donato Cabrera, the festivities will begin with Hungarian Dance No. 5, a fast-paced sprint inspired by traditional folk music. The performance will also include Brahms’ Symphony No. 3 and Concerto for Violin and Cello.
