BENICIA — The inaugural Benicia Arts Festival will transform historic Downtown Benicia into a vibrant, walkable celebration of creativity! Organized by the Benicia Art Gallery Alliance, in partnership with the City of Benicia, the festival will showcase visual and performing arts, live music, interactive exhibits, artist demonstrations, and pop-up experiences throughout the waterfront district. Visitors can explore galleries, discover local artists, and enjoy a lively atmosphere filled with creativity and community spirit.
Festival organizers describe the event as a “walkable waterfront arts experience” designed to encourage visitors to wander through downtown at their own pace, with no main gate or single stage. Participating galleries and creative spaces will feature immersive activities, live performances, roving poets, and hands-on art experiences, while local businesses and venues join in the celebration with themed events and entertainment.
