Niles Canyon Railway is back on track this June with a set of special limited capacity rides on select weekends.
SUNOL – Climb aboard open cars pulled by a historic steam or diesel locomotive for a one-hour and 20-minute excursion that will provide riders with memorable journeys through the canyon, offering unparalleled views of the area’s wildflowers in bloom. The dedicated volunteers are thrilled to continue providing these special limited capacity rides departing exclusively from the Sunol Depot. In addition to the Railway’s newly reopened on-site gift shop, their recently updated online store boasts an assortment of rail-fan items for all ages. Choose from unique books, DVDs, kids and adult T-shirts and sweatshirts, toys, collectibles and more. Prepaid items will be available at Will Call at the Sunol Depot ticket window.
