The Benicia Turkey Trot will be begin at Benicia Community Park on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at 7:30am in Benicia.
BENICIA — Lace up your running shoes and join the community for this ninth annual event, benefitting the Tim & Jeannie Hamann Foundation. Blending fitness, fun, and philanthropy, this untimed event offers two routes: an approximately two-mile, out-and-back path to Lake Herman; and a 1.5 mile walk around Benicia Community Park Trail. You’re invited to dress up in your favorite costume for a chance in one of several quirky contests, including one for your four-legged furry friends!
Since its founding in 2014, the Tim & Jeannie Hamann Foundation has granted over $1.5 million in direct support to cancer patients. From rent and utility assistance to groceries and medical expenses, the foundation’s “hand up” approach ensures that patients receive help tailored to their unique needs during treatment.
