SAN RAMON – Get your bibs ready — it’s that delicious time of year when communities across the Tri-Valley and East Bay crack into crab for fun, food, and fundraising. The season kicks off with the San Ramon Historic Foundation’s Crab Feed on January 24, a longtime local favorite supporting the restoration of the historic Boone House at Forest Home Farms.
Guests will enjoy fresh cracked crab, pasta, French bread, salad, coffee, and tea, plus a no-host social hour to mingle before dinner. Wine and beer will be available for purchase (or bring your own for a small corkage fee), and the evening features both a lively silent auction and a spirited live cake auction. Don’t forget your crab crackers and butter warmers!
And the feasting doesn’t stop there — February is packed with more crab feeds across Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore, and Concord, each offering great food, community spirit, and important local fundraising.
