PLEASANTON – Bring a little puppy love into your child’s heart! Valley Humane Society will provide a safe, relaxed environment where kids in grades 1 through 5 can practice reading to certified comfort canines in 25-minute, one-on-one sessions. Participating children must not be allergic to or afraid of dogs.
Pre-registration is required. To register, please call the Pleasanton Library’s Children’s Desk at 925-931-3400, ext. 3.
