There will be Yoga on the first Saturdays of the Month, from 11am – 12pm at Vallejo’s John F. Kennedy Library.
VALLEJO – Join instructor Amy Raupach on the first Saturday of each month for a rejuvenating yoga session! Amy will lead the group through a beginner-and intermediate-friendly routine, working through all the ways yoga can help you de-stress, build strength, and increase flexibility.
