VACAVILLE – Put on your costumes and head to Downtown Vacaville for a spooktacular evening of Halloween fun! Kids can trick-or-treat along Merchant, Main and Parker Streets while families enjoy music in Town Square, the Scarecrow Contest and plenty of sweet treats.
