I first stepped into Koko FitClub in Danville in January 2018 with my New Year’s resolution to get healthy. I’ve tried other gyms, but never developed good workout habits and really didn’t know what I was doing.

I now enjoy going to work out, and I’ve had measurable gains in strength and eBMI*. I love having clear guidance from the virtual trainer, which is specifically programmed based on the areas of improvement I want to achieve.
