Notes from the North Pole 2017

Be sure to get your letters in to Santa by December 1st, 2017, so he can write you back in time for Christmas.

VACAVILLE – As the holiday season approaches, nothing will put your family in the holiday spirit more than your child receiving a personalized letter from Santa’s house at the North Pole. Santa has found time to write letters to the all of the children in Vacaville, while he is busy making toys and preparing for departure.

Due to the busy schedule, the City of Vacaville is here to help. Parents can stop by one of our local community centers and complete a Santa’s helper questionnaire. The questionnaire will ask about the little ones in your family that would like a letter. Once you fill out the form, you will return it to the “special mailbox” located at the front counters of any of the local community centers. The cut-off  to mail your letters from the community centers is December 1st.

Once Santa has a chance to write all of his letters, he will have his elves mail them to your family by December 11th so they will arrive by Christmas. The letters will contain a personal greeting, information and North Pole news.

The cost is $9 per letter. For more information, call 707-469-4033 or visit and use class code is #120758.
