SOLANO COUNTY – Put your knowledge to the test! Join the 15th Annual Constitution Essay Contest, open to Solano County students in grades 10 –12! Students are invited to submit an essay of 500 words or less exploring “What is a Republic and why did the Founders choose it?” for a chance to win cash prizes of up to $1,000.
