DESCRIPTION:The Tri-Valley Regional Food Distribution Center is open every Tuesday and Thursday from 9am – 3pm at the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton. Photo via Open Heart Kitchen. \nPLEASANTON – In the world’s current state\, keeping the pantry stocked and the refrigerator full has become a challenge for many. In an effort to lend a helping hand and put food on Tri-Valley tables\, Open Heart Kitchen\, Tri-Valley Haven and Alameda County Community Food Bank are working in partnership with the cities of Pleasanton\, Dublin and Livermore. Open Heart Kitchen reports that this initiative alone provides food to over 700 families a week.
