In an effort to lend a helping hand and put food on Tri-Valley tables\, Open Heart Kitchen\, Tri-Valley Haven and Alameda County Community Food Bank are working in partnership with the cities of Pleasanton\, Dublin and Livermore. Open Heart Kitchen reports that this initiative alone provides food to over 700 families a week.
