BENICIA –  Take a stroll through downtown Benicia this month and be greeted by an array of creatively designed scarecrows. Downtown businesses are once again showcasing their imagination and competing for the title of the best scarecrow in Benicia! These whimsical creations will line the streets throughout October, adding a festive touch to the autumn atmosphere. Be sure to cast your vote for your favorite one!
