My Koko FitClub Story

I briefly left Koko for another gym in 2014 only to remind myself why I joined Koko in the first place. Every time I would go to the other gym, I felt like a fish out of water! I never knew what machine I should use; how many reps to do or what amount of weight I should safely attempt. I also decided to start running on my own again, but quickly realized that my knees were not what they used to be. I made the decision to return to Koko in June 2015 and I’ll never leave them again!
Koko’s program is individually tailored to me with my own thumb drive. I just plug in and off I go, first with a 30-minute strength workout on the virtual interactive training machines followed by a 15-minute cardio workout on the elliptical, treadmill or Peloton. With the aid of earphones and a visual display, a coach guides me through the engaging workouts as I strive to stay on pace.
Scheduling with the club is not necessary. Go whenever it’s convenient. No running to make it in time to join a class (if there’s still room). Koko FitClub is open every day from 5am to 11pm.
As my daughter stated when we were critiquing workout plans, “The best workout is the one you do!”
